Born and raised in Launceston, Tasmania (Australia) I would not have wanted it any other way. Growing up on an island known for its beautiful Beaches, Mountains, Animals, Food & Produce it really made me appreciate the finer things in life. As a child I was fortunate enough to experience both walks of life from country living where we'd collect chicken eggs, shearing sheep, herd cattle, fishing and even hunting. & small city living. I believe all this is what gave me the passion to pursue my professional career as a Chef.
At the ripe old age of 21 I decided to move across country and going west to the furthest City in Australia in Perth. From this point on I changed careers and was able to work all across Western Australia and thus the next 8 years I began my travels exploring my own country first before deciding it was time to hit up overseas.

So far I have lived and worked in France for a year and London for two years. With expansive travel through five continents and currently thirty eight countries. Throughout my life I'm a firm believer that if you work hard and follow your heart things will work out just fine. I choose to make small sacrifices but all these little sacrifices allow me to pursue my dream of visiting all 196 countries in the world!

As you can most likely tell I have a huge passion for travel and seeing and experiencing different cultures and getting to share stories with people from all walks of life is one thing that brings me joy and happiness.
